Refund Policy

Purchases are fulfilled through Paddle. This policy explains where to request help and how refund requests are handled.

Effective August 2, 2026

1. Merchant of record

Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for purchases made through Paddle Checkout. Paddle processes the payment, applicable taxes, receipts, and transaction-related refund requests.

2. General policy

Unless required by applicable law, completed digital-product transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refund eligibility is determined case by case under the Paddle Refund Policy. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.

3. Technical problems

If the software cannot be delivered, activated, or used substantially as described, first contact us at chanzewail@gmail.com. We will make a reasonable effort to diagnose and resolve the issue.

If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable period, you may request a refund from Paddle. Include your purchase email, order or transaction number, product name, and a brief description of the issue.

4. How to request a refund

Visit paddle.net and use Paddle Buyer Support to locate your purchase and submit the request. Paddle may ask for information needed to verify the order and evaluate eligibility. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.

5. Fraud and abuse

Refunds may be refused where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, repeated misuse, licensing circumvention, or other manipulative behavior, subject to applicable law.

6. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when our products, sales channels, or legal obligations change. Product-support questions may be sent to chanzewail@gmail.com. Transaction and refund requests should be submitted through Paddle Buyer Support.
